Job Description

This position will be responsible for the internal workflow, coordination, prioritization, and efficiency of a wide range of products, deliverables, and activities for a dispersed and geographically deployed work force. Under the direction of the Senior Director, Programs and Services, this position will facilitate the development, integration and synchronization of work products, strategies and execution across all programs and services within the IVMF. Serving as the liaison and gatekeeper, this individual will be responsible for efficiently coordinating movement of all deliverables from inception through completion. He/she will collaborate and communicate across the Institute to centrally define project requirements and goals, integrate strategies, manage content and scope, scheduling, and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related field
• Minimum four years’ experience in project management in the field of design, advertising, digital marketing, or related field

Job Specific Qualifications

• Ability to effectively manage multiple and complex projects (PMP preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of design, electronic composition, demonstrated success in leading a creative process, and ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Dreamweaver)
• Must possess working knowledge of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and a general familiarity with the web, email marketing and content management programs (html, Flash, WordPress, Constant Contact)

Responsibilities

Serves as the primary contact and liaison across all programs and services, facilitating the communication and synchronization of information, products, requirements and deliverables;

• Manages, prioritizes, and supports development of a wide range of collateral, deliverables, and activities within programs and services and across the Institute
• Provides oversight, strategy, and execution of print and online collateral
• Develops workflow processes and procedures to optimize productivity with all internal and external stakeholders
• Owns the internal routing process and is accountable for all appropriate approvals
• Tracks all requests and monitors progress of requested materials and products

Works collaboratively to provide consistent branding, graphic identity, standardization and accurate and relevant content in all materials;
• Responsible for the development, synchronization, and deployment of briefings, collateral and products
• Catalogs and stores collateral and products for easy accessibility
• Manages the lifecycle of content
• Continually identifies avenues to assess and improve outward facing materials and collateral.
• Supports the public relations and media strategy by synchronizing activities to maximize impact and increase awareness
