Job Description

Office Assistant, Front-desk receptionist, clerical position. Open only to students with Federal Workstudy funding.

Multiple positions available.

Responsibilities

*Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering telephones, greeting and providing assistance to students, faculty, staff and visitors to MAE, assisting MAE staff with office and clerical duties as needed, tracking, maintaining and securing general office supplies, assist Graduate Administrator with processing of Graduate applications, filing and maintaining electronic records, assist MAE staff with events, parking reservations, running errands, processing daily mail, typing, UPS shipments and deliveries and other general office related duties as assigned. Open only to students with available Federal Workstudy funding award.
